Recently, I made a presentation of the “why and how” behind the main strategies and concepts that produce the most exercise results. Some people paid $379 for this along with a couple of other online audios, and I heard from a couple of people that a close listening to this info was well worth the full cost for just this presentation.

It isn’t the most refined sounding presentation you’ve ever heard, but it contains a lot of really good information that will forever change the way you see exercise.

The first half sets up the general perspective and understanding–and an overview of some critical research you need to know that many people are not aware of, and the second half dives into strategies and tactics you can start using right away–once you have the proper basic understanding.
