The quality of your recovery time between wokouts determines the quality, and speed, of your results.

The most important part of your recovery time may be your sleep.

I’ve seen people increase their results more by adding an hour of sleep per night than by adding 2 hours of “cardio” per day.

  • sleep no less than 7 hours per night; 8 is better
  • take a 20 minute nap in the afternoon, after lunch
