Elevated levels of inflammation in the body reduce ability to deal with stress. A balanced diet and fish oil supplementation keep inflammation lower, and improve your ability to handle stress.
Eat meals less than 400-500 calories, and eat at least 5 times per day.
Take a minimum of 2g-3g of fish oil per day (combined EPA and DHA 2g-3g).
Sleep at least 7 hours per night. Too little sleep lowers ability to deal with stress.
Take a 20 minute nap in the middle of the day.
Take complete breaks from work every 90 minutes.
Take 10 minutes and go outside or get completely away from whatever you are doing.
