Private training at our facility in West Hollywood starts with a one-on-one introductory workout and consultation. We close off our facility for double our normal session length, guide you through a workout, and help you experience everything we’ve learned.

We have limited space and cannot accept everyone. If we are currently full, the link below will take you to our waiting list.

Once you submit your purchase, one of our team will call immediately to discuss your situation and goals, answer any other questions, and insure you are a good match for training with us. If we both determine that you are not a good fit, we immediately refund your purchase. If you are a good fit, we will schedule you right away.

Once scheduled, you will receive a detailed email with driving directions and what to bring with you.
